Thanks, worked, but this is some serious bullcrap...

They don't even bother inform us about this, the site is slow as hell and I cannot access the cPanel because the servinio site that was dedicated for this purpose is down.

Sites on the France hosting is now back up for me, however over at the Netherlands one I can't reach cPanel nor e-mail.
Support seems to be inexistent, anyone gotten a reply on their ticket so far?

What is going on with all those providers this year.... Hostgator increase hosting prices, small companies are sold to bigger and sh*t prof companies . That's really shame for them .
Today I receive newsletter from my provider announcing a back to school discount -30% on annual subsc . So if you are on need of established and friendly eu offshore ssd vps hosting I strongly recommend them, have no issue with their service always up and running without single issue.

I could access 2 of the cpanel but not the other until earlier today. The one I haven't been able to access is on the one site that hasn't had the nameservers changed over yet -- they tell you not to do that until you get the migration email. So I migrated 2 of the sites over. I can get to those cpanels after the nameserver change. But they are slow as molasses. I get so many 504 timeouts that they're practically unusable.

I'm looking for another host. Thought about hostwinds, since I used them years ago, but I remembered that there were issues with easily setting ownership of files or something, so I'm thinking of KVC Hosting instead. Anyone know anything about them? I'm fine with shared hosting since the sites don't get a ton of traffic, but speed & stability must be there.

This is very true... one of the draws to servinio was their BH friendly take on hosting... now that they have sold out... its pretty pointless

I think the server is okay now. But not sure can stay with them any longer. Will try to find alternative hosting as what members here suggested.
