Hi,
I'm looking for a Pay Per Click network that let's me use links to promote as I will use twitter and facebook! If it is a nooby quesiton it's because I'm a noob!

There are a TON of Pay Per Click networks, but not all of them should be counted as "equal".

Cheap traffic doesn't matter, quailty traffic does.

I'm paying $2-$5 cpcm's and getting quality traffic despite how cheap the rate is.

Not sure if i get it right, but do you mean direct links?
Like they won't need banners and instead you get a link that will redirect the user to an advertiser page.

Yes it's best to have both. To many people however focus on cheap over everything else.
