Facebook auto poster (from feed)

Hi,
I would like to create an autoposter for facebook groups like this: every time there is a new item in a feed xml, post it to a public group (in which I am not admin).

Before I used to do this with Hootsuite, but now due to new new facebook policy, they have blocked that method.
So I used IFTTT using this recipe: from feed to email, email [email protected]. This works well, but no any thumbnail is shown.

I am also posting with AutoPoster from ToolStar, but I can only post a fixed campaign without having the possibility of posting from feed to facebook group.

I was thinking to create something by myself using UBot studio or other software and facebook API to recreate what I was used to do with Hootsuite.

Is there anyone with great ideas that can help me?

i would like to know if is there anything online already ready to use. if not, i would like to know if someone can create a good bot working well with this main feature.
i need to have the possibility to manage different feed xml and different groups. so for example i have to post from feed1.xml to group 1, 2 and 3, feed2.xml to group 4, 5 and 6
I could spend like $ 100 is someone build it for me or 10$/15$ monthly if is a service

I just did a hangout on Sunday showing how to make use of RSS Feeds with twitter so I'm sure using the tool for Facebook Groups will pose no issues.

I use this http://twitterfeed.com/ i does facebook/twitter and others, add as many accounts as you want, its all free and does automated posts from feeds you add
