At which point do you start to worry...

I dont support him, and i dont vouch for him. Im a nice guy who just wants to see this story have a happy ending, hence why I keep in contact with him a little bit via IM in the hope that he has a little bit of honesty. I would like to repeat that i DO NOT vouch for him and/or support him in anyway.

I'm with you on wanting to see this have a happy ending that's why I contacted Alex last night to see if he needs any help. He declined my help and said he should have enough money to pay everyone back within 3-4 weeks.

Now I'm not sure if this was the same song and dance you hear from people trying to buy more time to repay people or if he was sincere. He always seemed like a nice guy so you never know.

So if mid July rolls around and he hasn't repaid you let me know and even though I had nothing to do with him or his product I'll help those of you out by hooking you up with something around the same value in my opinion free of charge. I hope he pays you back but if not the least I can do is help you earn some of your stolen money back.

You could just find out his address from Paypal and call the police which is what I would do. Have him arrested and you will see he is like 17 yrs old, then you will get your money back. Thats what I would do and you should also.

Yeah he told me he should have enough in two months, that was a month ago at most. So 3-4 weeks seems about right, and that is awfully kind of you to offer people compensation, but really it should be Alex who compensates the buyers with their initial investment at least.

Ok, there was a thread on here a month or so ago with coaching from a well knowed and i thought respected bhw member with its own forum and all the usual promises etc. The fee was $2k so my girlfriend and i decided to invest in this to learn some methods and go full time.

The forum started off quite well, very quiet but kinda expected that for a new forum. Tools got created but there were always issues with them, promises for updates that never came then all of a sudden the site owner and self confessed CPA guru just dissapeared. Occasionally a user will post saying he has just heard from xxxx and that he will be back online in a week or so but it just smells a bit fishy. I personally have asked for my money back (i have emails before i jioned promising money back and an email back when i asked saying yes no problem give me 5-7 days) but nothing as yet despite the majority of the forum trying to get hold of him.

Many of you will know this guy or have dealt with him in the past and he has been a very active member of BHW up until beginning of this year i think.

I paid via paypal so i dont know of the chances of getting my money back from that means.

I would appreciate some guidance here, i dont want to name names yet but its not looking promising.
You need to name them. Good business people reply to emails and deliver on promises after they are paid! I don't think you'll get your money back but contact PayPal. They don't like to do business with people who don't deliver product.

Okay so, I can't believe that I took the time to actually dot his, but I have fully read this entire thread, and I sincerely hope that at this point, everyone who paid 2K to enroll in Alex's latest coaching program has filed for a Chargeback. If you have not, I would like to shake some sense into...virtually, of course.

Nessa has warned everyone about this man, or boy, on at least 3 pages of this thread. If you truly believe that you are going to get your money back by mid-July, I'd like to also inform you that I am King Midas, and everything I touch turns to gold. I figure if you are gullible enough to believe these empty promises from a go-between (no offense to those guys just trying to be nice), then you'll believe me too.

I am in no way trying to be mean, or harsh, but I just joined this family, and consider myself to be a proud Newbie Blackhatter. I have been taken in the past by scams, and I hate to see that happen. However, just like anything else, all of the victims in this have received valuable advice as to how to deal with this situation. The problem is that I have yet to see anone report actually following it. If you have filed for a Chargeback, thank God. If not, it's probably too late, and for the life of me, I can't understand why you waited so long. Instead of waiting to have a promise fulfilled by a person with a highly shoddy record, you coul have had your money back by now.

All my best wishes for you,

Mochaisis

Mochaisis, you are indeed wise! :)

The sad part is, I actually warned people about Alex BEFORE this thread was even started, and well before people had handed over their $2K. But, my posts were routinely deleted in order to protect Alex (who was a trusted mod at the time), which I find to be very sad.

Even sadder, every time I bring this up again, my posts get deleted - let's see how long this one stays up!

And in the meantime, I hope everyone who hasn't got their money back yet takes heed of what you've said.

Ness

Nessa, I really do wish I would have seen your warning posts prior to signing up with Alex. However, I didn't, so ... nothing to be done about that now.

I don't presume to speak for everyone, but I would just like to say one thing for all the readers of this thread who have commented, or are wondering ...
if those of us who signed up with Alex are all a bunch of weenies, ninnies or other type of dimwitted victims. Of course the first thing any of us would have
done is to request a chargeback. But it's not possible to get money back from an account that is devoid of funds or credit, whether it be through PayPal or directly through a credit card.

Reports/complaints/investigations can be filed and implemented. And they have been. But there is no getting blood from a stone, no matter how many people squeeze it.
I'm not suggesting that we discontinue our pursuit for reimbursement; it just won't be through a chargeback scenario unless Alex decides to replenish his old accounts with
funds, which is highly unlikely.

The empathy of all is greatly appreciated, but there's no need to continue suggesting the obvious chargeback route ... that was pretty much a dead end almost 5 months ago.

Thanks for the update, Tourmaline.

So sorry that you haven't been able to get your money back - is there any other non-financial recourse available to you, such as pressing charges or at least making his life a misery? The thought of Alex getting away with this just makes my head spin....

Just read this thread start to finish. Did anyone get there money back? Mind you, hopefully you all did charge backs.

I was one of the luck few who did a charge back and received the money back. I know one guy who did a charge back and didn't win.

Never received the money. He was just a young, stupid kid who spent all the money and instead of being a man and doing what he could, he ran like a baby.

The guy was a Moderator and highly regarded here. Many top members in this community held him with high respects and even now are probably still dumbfounded by what happened.

Yes we know this is black hat world, but it is one thing to bh/scam google, fb, amazon and than screwing up fellow members. We are all here to learn and grow from each other in bhw and if your plans are to come on this forum and try to scam others and give the excuse, "Hey this is black hat world. Deal with it," Then you should just leave as this isn't what this forum is about.
