Web 2.0's - all 20 were contextual with different themes, unique content (copyscape) and verified metrics. Not native english but readable and out of 20, 4 were no follow.
random spot checks:
Tier 2 Content only was contextual most domains were PR2+ Content was spun but not unique - about 70% were flagged on copyscape. Didn't see any nofollow's in the review sample and only 1 broken link.
Tier 3 links as described.
