I have several credit cards I used before for paypal verification and I think my question is for the process of how paypal verifies someone outside the US.

I am not in the US now so I am willing to grab a paypal that is US based, so I might be enclined to buy your $7 paypal

First please answer these few questions.

1. these VCC have an online log in to grab the Expuse number? or will you have the log in yourself and supply me the Expuse number?

2. What name will appear in the VCC? Can I put it any name I want? The identity can be a fake one with made up numbers and address?

3. Bank accounts - will any bank accounts do even a fake one?


I dont want to hassle you with tons of questions and shit, so if you answer them here it can also help people in BHW. lol
