I've got about 1,000 of these a minute being saved to a MongoDB database with a method I found a few hours ago. No idea what to do with it yet. Open to suggestions.
Note: All have at least an email, lots have phone numbers. You can see I have to filter out the phone numbers better though.

I think it depends on the settings of each user but I think e-mail is private by default (so yea, then you need to be connected).

It's not 100% yet, but in 15 days we will be doing around 10k records weekly.

You know you can easily scrape your own data from linkedin or pretty much anywhere using webcrawler - its a google chrome plugin and its super easy to us. You just point it to a list of sites, set the crawling criteria and then you can download the data. Its free as well.
I've been using it for ages.
