When I tested it did not pass AdBlock's filters.
According to latest stats 47% in the USA are using AdBlock and 39% in UK!

That's why I had to create a customized solution that is not locked and all users can see Amazon advertising on the mobile and desktop

And let's say, I'm getting 1000 traffics daily on my Blog, and now actually what's the CTR of your Amazon? And what's the conversation rate ?

I invested near 5K and I'm earning near 8K. I started to profit the last month and this is a long term project, so I expect to get real interesting results in 1 year or so.
I've more than 6K keywords ranking in the first 5 pages of Google, my goal is to transfer all this keywords in the first page and in the first spot.

To know how much traffic will bring your first spot, you need to do a 20% of montly searches divided for 30 to get the average daily traffic.
20% is the expected CTR but can change depending on the niche. For a 200 monthly searces keyword your estimated traffic will be 1.3 visits a day from that keyword.

With 1000 UVs I will get 800/900 clicks on the Amazon's links and a good 1.5% - 2% of conversion rate.

It's not easy providing datas without real examples but hope this will help

With the 24 hour cookie you get commission for ANYTHING customers buy within 24 hours. As you know..

However, the 90 day cookie doesn't work like that. What you probably do know is that you get a 90 day cookie when someone clicks 'add to cart', either on amazon, or directly on your site, but, what you very likely don't know is, that 90 day cookie is ONLY for the product(s) they added to cart. If they return in 50 days and then purchase those products in the cart, you get commission. If they return in 50 days and add new products. You don't.

Sucks. So there's really no advantage to using the 90 day cookie. A) like you said, you'll get less conversions because people aren't seeing the product information page first, and you won't get any other commissions past 24 hours anyway, so it's a lose/lose.

Then create a link to the "Best TV" content linking it with "best tv" and related anchor texts.
This is the way to fight in really competitive niches and you can rank good without many links too

I see, my idea was to choos a generalized niche then create targeted categories in order to have maximum traffic.
I understand now that it's better to choose keywords with at least 480 searches per month and with no copmetition.

So arganrecords, this is how I pictured silo structure, is it correct?



Sorry for bad paint, I made it in 2 minutes, anyhow, for example, I have the category best TV as my main category, do I have to make every subcategory for every long tail I am aiming or can I simply just add some broader keywords and add posts under that subcategory?

Also, about link building, do you suggest to buy some package to kickstart the page or I should contact other webmasters, etc? I know which one is better, but I want to hear your opinion on this one.

Hi first of all thanks for the inspirational post. I am running a English blog which has over 1500 visits per day, and I am planning to start a news section to get more traffic and social shares. My question is how you find your news sources? My plan is use tools like BuzzSumo to find most shared content, then get someone to rewrite those for my site. Also do you pay news writer the same rate as pay review writer? As far as I know news don't have particular keywords to target as review/seo articles do, which means it is probably hard to get traffic by doing SEO. Correct me if I am wrong.
