How do you keep track of your web 2.0

HI,
has anyone good system how to keep track of your web 2.0s, or for how many backlinks did you used them and login/pw ofc..?
Because it take me some time to find some system for me for keywords.. So i would like to start to track them with some way witch is already proven.. Do you use excel for this kind of stuff or?
(I'm making about 5-20 a day, so i better to start track them before i go crazy)

Are you making 5-20 a day per day? I'm not making these amount. I go like this tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3.

tier 1= only hand make works with quality articles
tier 2= spun articles but readable
tier 3= just go as you can ..

on tier 3 I use GSR to build huge amount of links, tier 2 only social book marks, profile backlinks, blog comments
tier 1 only Do follow few blog comments like these way.

And yes, I use the excel forget

Spend some time putting together a decent excel file, helps a lot.

Yep, I keep track of them through my excel file for each and every niche/site.

Spreadsheet should work fine, as you can have different sheets for different urls.

Have columns for email, pw, url, # of articles, date of publishing, anchor text and the index status.

It helps a lot when you have a view on these things...
