Case Study (Med. Competition) – from nowhere to 1st Page within 4 weeks

Case studies are always helpful and sheds some light on how SEO is working today. Hope this will be helpful for readers as well. I tried to rank one of the top gravity product of clickbank on "product name review" keyword. Here are the details:


Keyword: Clickbank Product Name + Review
Domain: Fresh WEAK dropped domain related to the Niche with few directory links.
On-Page word-count: 1900+ words review
Keyword Density: 1.5 %

Off-Page:

(1st week)
Bought Web 2.0 Buffer Site service from Here. (Their biggest pack + Handwritten Readable Content + Tier Blast)

Anchor text that I asked them to target was not exact. Just generic ones. But the articles were relevant to the product. (i.e. keywords on title and heading tags)

RESULT: JUMPED ON 5TH PAGE

(2nd Week)
Threw 15 Private PBN Posts that I own. (All with handwritten content)

I only targeted Google suggested keywords (all different) as anchor texts. You can use Scrapebox feature to find those keywords.

RESULT: JUMPED ON 3RD PAGE

(3rd Week - Blasting still continues)

Threw GSA SER Contextual links to my PBNs and then added a mixed tier blast to those contextual links with some social signals to money page as well.
i) The list which I use (best tested one) is found here. They also provide harvested proxies more than 500 in numbers.
ii) I have found catchall emails on niche domains to be more effective for contextual links. The most affordable and quality service I have tested can be found here.
iii) For Indexing I used ExpressIndexer and Linklicious.

RESULT: JUMPED ON 2ND PAGE

I bought 50 PBN Posts from one of the service here in BHW. They use spun content but seems readable.

Just received the report yesterday. I will shoot some GSA SER links to those PBN as well.

Targeted anchor text: 25 Product Name + 25 Product Name + Review

RESULT: RIGHT NOW ON 10TH SPOT

I am optimistic that in the next two weeks I will point more PBN links and Web 2.0 buffers which will shoot my keyword to the top 5.

Earnings So Far: Already earning around $150+ per week from that product with other combination of keyword like:

Product name + Scam (Ranked at 6th spot)
Product name + Author name (Rank at 5th spots)

If I manage to rank the exact keyword on top 5 than it will be easy $300+ per week extra making it around $450+ per week as earnings at least.

This would be very specific to reveal. All I can say is that it is related to Health Fitness niche ranked on top 10 based on gravity and popularity!

Please stop asking me to share site URL and rather focus on pattern of link building done to shoot a keyword on first page. There are many things to learn from this case study in regard of formulating link building plan to rank a site.

The site is a wordpress blog with different categories related to Health Niche. I have posted around 20+ product reviews in the past 3 months. (Around 50+ pages with categories and tags being shown as indexed in Google as of today)...

Not much strong less than 5 TF when I bought it. Yes, the links mentioned above are all pointed to the specific review page. As far as home page is concerned, we threw some web 2.0s to it in earlier stage of site.

No offense, I can rank a site within 3-4 days naturally. You didn't provide any proof, But you provided lots of service link. I am in doubt, Are you actually coming here for promoting services or making some inspiration? Which? I know now your concentration how is that possible to rank within 3-4 days. Dude, the reason of this case study is mentioned in first paragraph.. It is to motivate guys with respect to SEO. If I could rank a site like you with 3-4 days, I'd not waste my time reading case study which claims ranking site within 4 weeks ...

Ranking in 3-4 weeks with above amount of link building is not something difficult to believe if you really KNOW SEO.

Now about the service links, it was to mention that I did not create links myself (except of GSA SER part) but rather bought from various places here in the forum. This is to give the common reader clear idea on how to go for link building approach like:

i) Readable content used in Web 2.0
ii) Tiers built for Web 2.0
iii) PBN was shooted when money site got some link building profile with Social Signals
iv) GSA SER list etc.

Obviously, one can do the above work themselves or search out various alternatives with respect to their budget. I have no affiliation with these services whatsoever.

Mostly related to the Google Suggested keywords scraped from scrapebox with some naked URLs as anchor text.

For personal reasons I don't use Google Webmaster tool, Google Analytics and SERPbook ... The keyword was not selected based on average monthly search suggested by Google Adwords. Banking on "Product Name" keywords doesn't require this at all.

If you search the exact product name in Google within inverted commas, it will give you 550000+ results. (To give you a fair idea about its competition)

Articles on Blog: I wrote myself (No Cost)
Services: around $250 Max

If spending even 500 USD can bring you 1500 USD per month. You are in profits.

The domains which I own have metrics of at least TF=10+ and DA=20+. And not a single post in that domain has a SPUN content in it. (Weird fact is they are all hosted in same IP)

I pointed those links to that specific review page.

Update: The keyword moved 2 more spots naturally (from #10 to #8)
