So I paid him NINE days ago.

SIX days ago I asked for an estimated delivery date...his reply said it would be "a couple more days."

Well now those six days have passed with no communication.

I sent an email today asking for SOME kind of communication. Is it just me or is nine days a long-ass time to provide this service?

I sent you a email, but to the wrong person - six days ago - and they replied they didn't need the page until tomorrow - my mistake - they were not even paying customers but the reply made me think you didn't need it just yet...

I have sent a refund as soon as I got your email and realized my mistake. I wish we could have resolved this without posting this, but these things happen.

But people can post whatever they like here - we are held to ransom. One unhappy customer out of 100 and they could help ruin you.

The submission by themselves will not give much, if any, traffic. They are used for backlinks for seo purposes. Of course the higher the pr for the directory the harder for the page to get accepted (Thus the higher pr for the directory)

The submissions in this case are used as a solid 'base' for the page, but seo is a long ongoing process, and the submissions barely scratches the surface.

Jesus man calm down...I have no desire to harm your business NOR did I ask for a refund.

And frankly...it says something that you just blow up when:

1) YOU emailed the wrong person...not me.
2) It is not MY FAULT at all...in ANY WAY that this mis-communication occurred. Is it????

So let me get this straight...you were almost done with my great landing page...and due to YOUR mis-communication you get mad at me???

So besides this instance of bad communication, has anybody else had problems with this person? I just wnat to know before i hire somebody to do work for me... To be honest i am not exactly sure how i feel about a seller blowing up on the customer for somehting the seller did..

Jon is a very nice person and very professional. I have ordered a landing page from him and he has always answered all my questions. I am sure he has had a ton of people asking for samples and asking for LP's. I have no complaints from him and I am happy with the work he is doing on mine, well worth the money.

Hi,

I am closing this service down from today, due to my inablity to complete high quality work in a timely manner, and letting down some clients. The price I ask is simply too cheap to both provide high quality work as expected, and pay my bills.

However the work I did here has led on the more high paying work and I thank everyone form BHW that help build my folio and enable me start getting work that pays well.

Thanks again, and sorry to any clients who felt I took too long to finish the pages - that was due to the fact I spent way longer designing than the money recieved - I tried to make the as good as I was able. I do not make any apologies for that, but I should have not promised work would be delivered in one day, when it would take three days.
