Here are a couple new techniques I've been using during the last 3 months in order to offset the latest algo changes. I'm separating these changes on on-page and off-page

ON-PAGE
work on your content, think of the user that will read the page. Two big factors now are CTR and bounce rate. So make the content engaging. One of the tricks I've used is separate your content in three stages. lets say the final article is 1000 words, then first post 500, then after is indexed, a month later expand it to 750 and later to 1k.

Focus each page to try and rank for two keywords max, a primary and a secondary. Longtail will reach the content, but dont optimize for more than two keywords per page.

Does your website have a feed you can submit?
How often do you post new content?
Have you built some high quality parasites?

There are so many simple things that are easy to pass up when doing it whitehat style. Just don't get discouraged and start looking for an easy fix like a link blast or other spammy stuff.

I agree with Dankerman666, social shares and engagement is important. Something I would do is spend more time in a page and create content that will be shareable by people (lists, infographics, things people will share to spike curiosity or to reinforce a belief) then syndicate, submit and share said content.

Something very important is to grow your content and authority at the same time. Write for an audience and feed them. This will bring the links (and hide the links you are getting artificially) you want to have a large site that catches the long tail but at the same time manages to get all the pages indexed and ranking due to the site's authority.

Yes Am sharing my contents in social media and recently I created pinterest account, I usually update content twice in a week and I dont have much traffic only between 20 - 30. I did all onpage work perfectly.
Currently am focusing on 30 keywords, whick contains low, medium and high competition. I am not using my exact keyword as anchor texts for backlinks.

From your data, seems to me that you have selected very competitive keywords, if after 3 months of seo you are only able to rank 3 keywords in top 50. I think it's time for a new keyword research session, and this time focus more on long tail keywords, to ensure that you can rank for them faster, even if their search volume is not that high.
