Any new method to improve search ranking

Hello All.

I am doing SEO for my site for past 3 months,

I have see only 3 Keyword's ranking is improved to top 50 positions, Rest of the keywords are ranked above 100

What I did so far
Got around 5 guest post
created 10 web 2.0
Business listing in local sites
10 Directory submissions
10 social book markings

Can anyone please say what should I do to improve search ranking?

Advice please

Yes I have made submissions in reputed sites and other keywords have medium and High competition, few are low as well.

Yes mate, other keywords are medium and high competition, There are few low competiton keywords as well, but they are not yet ranked. Do I have to get backlings for exact keywords or longtail?

i suggest you remove the keywords whose rank is after 100, and then find some new keywords to promote

Well, I suggest you to add some high quality content on your website for those keywords on the same pages for which you have made links on high ranked or authority websites.

For sure, back links only are not going to work when you have not something good to let users stay on your website. For example: For the keyword that people come to your website is not present there in more good form than your competitors then, surely user is going to get lost from the webpage.

Secondly, build back links on authority websites more than sites with just ranked. Put your anchor text along with variations as your keywords. Try to keep your website mobile responsive as it really matters! Mobile-Friendly websites are ranking more in Google than sites with only desktop versions. You should know that more than 56% of the traffic is coming from Mobile! And so on focus on all major factors of getting search rankings instead of focusing only on Back Links.

*is your site mobile friendly?
If not, start making the transitions. I believe a few of my sites
dropped in rank drastically because they were not mobile friendly in Google and I
didn't touch them for months and had steady Google Adsense income

Note: you said you've been doing some SEO, is it limited to acquiring links like you posted? If so..
* evaluate how much content (500-750 words) pages, if less, add more content and
place your keyword 1-3 times for every 500-600 word piece of content you've on each page

* get more quality links like the ones you've already received, but in bigger quantities on a weekly basis, consistently


..from the limited info you given us my above suggestions should help, if you add more details about the stats of
your site, established indexed content, site age and basically where all those links arrived I might be able to help
some more.
 
Hey there, I was able to rank some keywords with 1500+ words article. Make sure your writing is original and you can also use other LSI keywords.

well, I will post some long contents, Where should I post such long content? In authority sites where I get backlinks or in my own site

add a few blog comments in the mix as well, although most are no-follow they do help

sorry for the late reply, weekend of fun days:cool: ..this is what I'll do that works now and likely
years to come with big g..
- mix of 500-750 word valuable articles
- re-write 1-2 versions of each article entirely with 0% plagiarism detection (copyscape.com, plagtracker.com, etc)
- post the re-written versions of content on your own web 2.0 free sites or newest .com's with
your own pbn --> say godaddy $1.17 coupon domains
- continue investing/getting in links with good page authority if you feel the site might serve as a long term pension or just
for the sake of laughing at your roth ira few years from now:cool:

Yes I already have some links on PBNs, I will try to improve it

Check what your competition is doing and do the same!
 
I would suggest you start here.

You need more 2.0s to each KW, and some tier two to power them up. It seems you just do not have enough power for each KW.
