Thinking about starting a warez or tv show streaming site

I was thinking about starting a warez site or tv show streaming site and on sites like themelot or wplocker have nearly identical layouts on their sites. Each include info about wordpress themes and the links to the downloads and they are heavy on the ads. I'm wondering what kind of cms or theme they are using and are they using auto feeds or scraping content. Maybe manually inserting the content. Also, i'm aware of the risks involve to doing this so don't remind me lol. What kind of offshore hosting is best and should I use my .com domain? Any answer please.

i will lol but anyway i'm trying something small like wordpress stuff, ebooks and whatever, not something big like photoshop or games.

You should be reminded though. I've noticed quite a few streaming websites in the past with FBI ban, $250,000.00 fine and possible jail time.
