I'm not seeing any ROR ranking for clients and a site: search verifies the same thing. A friend sent me a message telling me and I see the same thing. Anyone confirm or see anything different?

Holy s***, ROR is no longer indexed! Just checked on my side to confirm.

For those who aren't in the "Rep Management" business anyways.

I actually do a ton of it and am glad to see that site go away. I don't do the general public as I have a niche group that I work with who continually need that kind of service.

ROR is nothing but a site based on extortion in my opinion.

My business thrives on suppressing ROR but I'm happy to see it gone! They're truly the bottom of the barrel.

Looks like they're back unfortunately...

yeah back for me, bet there seo guys were shitting themselves

Damn I read the topic then first few posts and thought fuck yes about time Google did something right! I seen the later comments and then checked for myself. It's a shame it's back.. but hopefully this is the beginning of the end for ROR. I know that go's against making money from ORM clients looking to "get rid" of them but I personally think ROR is a scum bag site.

It's NEVER used for what it may have originally been intended for.. 9 times out of 10 it's used by disgruntled competitors to cause problems when they can't compete properly. Pretty lame childish move but the world is full of twisted idiots.

It's amazing that Google has not de-indexed ROR and sites similar to it a long time ago. Perhaps now is the time.

Wow. Now I also see 722k search results for ROR with the site: qualifier. Guess that was very short-lived, and they truly are back. Can anyone explain what happened there? This is the first time I have ever observed such short-term deindexing. Perhaps this is what's sitting on the other side of the next Big G update for ROR. What happened?

ROR is like the BBB or worse. All they do is extort and defame companies based on opinions that aren't even verified. Other similar sites like complaints board curate their content from it as well which just creates more headaches for companies. If you have an issue with a business 9 out of 10 times the owner will settle it long before ROR is necessary (if ever).

If you deal with real businesses there's alternative ways to receive a refund. I started off with a "hell yes" and left disappointed with this thread. It reminds me when Thumbtack was penalized but then came bouncing back. Funny how a biz can have great Google reviews (30 or more) but Google still shows so much favor to the ROR punks.
