Founded a bug. The publix proxies clicking process, is too long.... I think the software dont check the proxi before it want to use, Just try, try to use, and after x minute it will move forward, to the next proxy. Its very slow.... yenerich please make an update, to avoid that problem, because its not necessary to try to use a non worked proxy, because it takes too much time. See the GSA as an example. the GSA softwares check the proxy before use, to avoid the malfunctions
since 2 days I get kinda captchas on every run. this is not funny as it gets expensive if I have to use 3000 captchas each day..
anyone has the same issue ?
of course this is no IGR problem but the proxies. Is it a good idea to disable the deathbycaptcha on IGR? as I still will have mire then 1000 clicks then without those so I guess its enough. or is it suspicious to google if there are a lot of unsolved captchas?
WIth my proxi lists, i dont get any captcha, but its a bad joke, that the software unable to test the proxies before its use. Its VERY SLOW!
Yenerich, you need to figure out how to test, because this speed is not acceptable, and useless. Every SEO software on the market has inbuild test algorythm, so please do that! (or
SPEED THE PROCESS SOMEHOW)
True, I watched it. Sometimes captcha is solved 5 times and doesnt unlock search. I disabled captchas now, because it has no point, but to quickly burn balance in my DBC...
Sent a PM Yesterday, waiting for response
I was asking the same, until I recorded macro to click stop and start in IGR every couple of minutes...I think here you guys answering faster than your support ticketing system.
what the deal with HMA? it working for two or three times and its stuck on connecting and until you restart HMA and your program.
what need to be done?

Otherwise it was just stucked at connecting for hours.
I recommend you to use backconnect proxies, they work much faster.

They have been pretty good at answering my tickets, within a day each time.
Personally find it pretty bug free, I have a few issues with the way it works at times but those are not bugs. I have submitted several thoughts as feature suggestions, but it's quite useable as is I have found.
i can confirm this.3 tickets opened and all answered on time.Customer service is great.I have made some tests and now the program works like a charm for me
As you said, we always answer every day all the tickets, except saturday evening and sunday.

I almost give up on this program, HMA and IGR are not good friends![]()
it keep crushing too many times and i don't think it is HMA program because i;m using HMA for a long time.
what other good solution you have for the proxy problem??
OP please try to see how you can partner with coolproxies (dot ) com. they offer API to connect to other programs.
my other question is how can you add more USER agents to the program? any idea?

Please remember your mileage may vary...
About 10 days back after running for 5 days and seeing not a single click come through I talked with support and they offered to take a look. I declined that offer but instead setup a new project that I would let run for a while and if still issues they could then take a look at that one.
I have found support responsive every time, now and then small language issues and I think the OP is perhaps a little tired at times telling people to follow instructions, because most people don't.
Anyway I set up the new campaign as per instructions.
One important thing is there is a disconnect between what the tool does and what Webmaster tools reports. I am not talking about the 2-3 days it takes for Webmaster tools to update, just simply that it does not report everything every time. You can check with other methods, I am using Clicky, to see what IGR is doing in realtime.
Anyway this was setup on the 10[SUP]th[/SUP] August as a test. I have sent approx. 1000 clicks a day every day. In this case clicks could be seen from day 1, after the 2-3 webmaster tools delay, in other projects it has taken 5-7 days before a single click was shown.

As you can see CTR is hovering at the 30-35% range, position have moved up from the 20's in to the teens.
Setup used:
- Server - Dual Xeon E5530 with 24gb RAM
- OS - Server 2012 R2 - desktop experience on and IE configured identical to Windows 7 defaults
- Proxies - Backconnect type (over 200 of them)
- Captcha solve - off at the start but on from 16th, however not using DBC to solve. Cost is working out about $1/5000 clicks
- Delay search and search - 35 seconds
- Other delay - 75 seconds (not needed with my number of proxies, just there to slow it down)
- Clear History, cache and cookie using Windows operating system method
My other projects are all showing positive clicks now, as mentioned some took 7 days before a single click was reported by Webmaster tools. I am running 30 projects and most CTR are in the mid 30's, highest mid 40's and a couple still sitting below 20%. There are peaks and troughs, but the general incline of the graphs is upwards.
I am not sure why still only a third of the clicks made show up, but you can see the number is creeping up and it is early days... ie on the 12th there were 1000 clicks in IGR and only 65 were shown by Webmaster tools, the next day same number of clicks made but the reported number doubles, and again the next day the same.
Software has been totally stable with the exception of a couple of times when I tried to use the built in rank tracking tools.
It starts working. Looks like each day Google is counting more of the clicks that are generated.
on 11th it counted like 10% of the clicks and now we are over 20%.
Guess it will climb next days. Finally it looks like it starts counting the clicks:
