[Method] Amazon to eBay Drop-shipping Done Right! Spoon Fed! *Long/Detailed*

Hey brother, have been doing this for about 5 months and I have a question regarding hiding my identity from Amazon, I also do FBA and wanted to know if you got banned, and how they banned you (Billing address? IP?)

I make amazon accounts monthly and want to make sure that I keep both identities separate, any tips?

I push five figures monthly and am a University student also, we should keep in touch!

I've never been banned, just had my prime revoked. That only happened once on my personal Prime account a very long time ago.

How many sales did you do consecutively to get revoked? Did you just remake another account with the same credit card?

Absolutely, you go to items sold, instead of moving all the way to teh right and clicking the dropdown for [Cancel Order] instead of [View Sales Record] and initiate the cancel, should take about 5 minutes and you'll see the credits via paypal.

I did not get exactly what you mean here. I don't see a view sales record option on my screen.

If I just go to the item sold and click on the drop-down menu and select "cancel order" will that send refund to buyer and I get my Ebay Final Value Fees back? When I click the "cancel order" option will it then ask me on the next screen a reason for canceling the order? And do I need to pick a certain reason in order for me to get my Ebay fees back? Does the buyer get sent a notice of the cancel notice And do they have to agree to it in order for it to be processed? And this cancel order option will work even if the status as shows as shipped and delivered now on Ebay?

If we are canceling orders on Ebay to give refund to buyer and getting our Ebay fees back won't this count as a defect against us? Or do we need to choose the right reason for the cancel and it should not be an issue? If someone can give some clear input on how we handle the refund/return side of it on Ebay that would be great. The Amazon return part is easy, just the Ebay part seems to be a bit tricky on how to proceed.

What are you talking about. I've never had a sale revoked... all I ever said was one time they took my prime access away so I didn't have free 2-day shipping... Where are you coming up with revoked sales?

Ahhh I see now. You haven't read the thread entirely. Read ALL of it. I just told someone above your posts to READ. THE. THREAD. please. You are asking questions that have already been asked.

Hi lewy2k,

You are one of the most kindness person here on BHW.
I can see you answered the same / similar question again and again, cannot believe how patient you are.
Thank you for all helpful info, very appreciated. ;)

I did, I must have missed it, Im beginning with Amazon FBA and wanna keep two identities separate!

You bring up changing every thirty days which I am currently doing, but I imagine there is a volume limit (say 150 sales where Amazon starts looking at you). xa-electronics I imagine changes accounts twice a day per rep. How many do you wait until you change?

Have you guys ever decided to use Tor Network?

There is no limit... Why are you assuming there is a limit? None exists. I have purchased 300 items+ in one month without issues ever.

Lewy2k...please check your PM..I sent you a message that I need your help with...thanks.

I followed your steps and it works pretty good to me, I have just one problem:How do you value amazon tax? The tax is changing from one
location to another and you cannot predict who is going to buy it from your ebay store... How do you determine ebay's price in order to avoid losing money for taxes on amazon?

Thanks for this thread OP and for presenting this method so clearly. Also, its great that you've kept up with the thread answering questions thoroughly and continuing to offer advice. I'm not much of an ebay seller myself, but a family member of mine was talking about dropshipping and I referred him to this thread.

The first post clearly states "PLEASE DO NOT PM ME". All questions can be answered here so that it benefits others.

For the 6798354135th time, READ. THE. ENTIRE. THREAD. How can you expect to succeed at this if you can't even take the time to read the thread? Your question was already answered. What if on page 6 there was an additional tip to double the earnings of the method... You would have missed out on it.

Sorry about that. Must have missed it when reading your steps.

Anyways can you give some insight on the specific steps you take on Ebay to refund buyer and get your Ebay fees? I've already got sales and it is working fine. I did however got my first return. I followed what you said about setting up the return on Amazon and giving shipping label to buyer to return item. No issues there.

I'm a bit confused on the Ebay side of things. Since item was paid for and marked as shipped what is the process you do in Ebay to send refund to buyer and also get your Ebay fees back without counting as a defect against your account? Can you let us know which reason you choose in Ebay when doing this? So do we just go to the sold item and choose "cancel order" and that will initiate the process of getting the refund to buyer and us getting our Ebay fees back? Or is that not viable once item has shipped? Your feedback would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Great method. I think it would work perfectly if I were in the US. I notice some Aussies have asked whether it would work here or not. After being really enthusiastic about it, and considering selling in both the US and AU, I would say this method is completely unfeasible unless you somehow partnered up with someone and had a bank account and did your taxation somewhere overseas.

The fees and charges not including currency conversion or annual taxation end up being 16.2%... or 26.2% if you are selling to fellow Australians. Add the annual taxation and you would have to charge a significant amount of percentage to get a real after tax benefit. Individual taxation is high for sole traders so if you created a company the tax would be 46.2% or 56.2% respectively and that doesn't include currency conversion adjustments. In other words, an item which cost $26 as suggested by the OP and sold for $40 would be $38.01 after tax (so a $1.99 profit) or if selling to Australians then it would be $40.61 (a loss of 61c) not including currency conversion. If we sold only on eBay USA, then we would be pricing ourselves potentially out of the market unless we had loss leaders until we got the power seller status... and even then, there's no guarantee that as possibly the highest priced seller that people would buy. Sounds too difficult!

Refund them through Paypal, cancel on eBay. Done. eBay fees are refunded. How is this so difficult for people to figure out?

Thanks. I know it is easy, but I just wanted to make sure what reason you choose on Ebay to cancel since it seems if you pick the wrong one it can affect your seller rating on there. Also it seems the sequence of which one you do first can make a difference. Reading this from Ebay forum it says the following:

"In general, always use the eBay cancellation process and choose the correct reason for the cancellation. If the buyer contacts you to request a cancellation/refund, choose ‘buyer requested' as the reason and issue the refund only after you've submitted the cancellation request."It's important to follow that sequence, because if you send a full Paypal refund first the system may automatically count it as a defect. And the user interface tells the buyer to not agree to the cancellation until they receive a refund."

Also I read this on Ebay's FAQ: "We let the buyer know you canceled the transaction. If the buyer already paid for the item via PayPal, the refund is automatically sent during the cancellation process." So if we do the cancel won't it just automatically send refund to buyer instead of us doing the Paypal refund first and then cancel?
