For some reason all the keywords that I input into rank tracker they all return empty results for "Google Rank", any idea why?

Your IP seems to be blocked by google.
As a result, the section is empty :(

What you need to do is, Click on Preferences then select the option Search Safety Settings.
Then select the option No. 4 (CAPTCHA SETTINGS)
Open that option and then you'll get a window :)
Just click on "Show CAPTCHA if queries are blocked".
Now you'll need to enter a captcha for Google searching part.
It will give a pop up and you've 60 seconds to do that.

It doesn't seem to have been for that reason, I get the following error in the log.

It seems either your java version ain't updated or some of its components are missing.
