What Firewall/Antivirus are you using - I had to block the IP ranges using my antivirus (AVG) firewall, as this disables & takes over control from windows firewall.

Your registration information is stored inside the software property file which is located in your system user folder. For example, ranktracker.properties file etc. When you uninstall the software this file is not deleted by default, so even if you reinstall the application and start again your registration license will be automatically uploaded.




Delete that file, re-install and carry the same process.
It will work for sure.

Just disable the rule and then update your software.
Once the updating task is over, re-enable the rule

Damn! I hope they are not reading my thread :tea:

You need to block the outbound IP ranges using anti-virus (AVG) IP network blacklist.
Everything will work then
