Where can I host a streaming website ?

Hello everyone,
i'm building a series streaming website, and i'm looking for a a host where i can host that website, a host that will not send complains about legacy...
P.S : I'm not going to host videos, only website.

It looks like putlocker uses private layer, so maybe that will work?

It looks like many streaming websites are using cloudflare, can you please explain me how to use cloudflare ? because i visited their website and i haven't find hosting plans ...

They are using it for their webpage but not for the streaming, in order to find out streaming. You need to go to start playing a stream and go to resource manager - network - network activity.

yes i was talking only about webpages... i will not host videos, thanks for answering

Generally as long as the files aren't hosted on your site there is nothing to worry about and pretty much any hosting should do, but still try to find an offshore hosting that ignores DMCA.
I believe Russian and Hong Kong hosts are best for that.

Yes, it's almost done !! i'm just looking now where can I host the website and which ad networks are the best for showing ads .
