You guys can also use CPA offers like :Beyond jobs: etc. Just simply redirect them to your aff links.

Are you using #tags or does the website import from indeed and then the imported info gets shared through twitter and facebook?

How much? It depends on the ad and how much the advertisers pay so you will never get a exact CPC. if you look at the website it tells you all the info you need.
OP said he is getting 100 clicks per day and he make $~100 in a month. So if you do the math it seems fairly decent or at-least better then adsense lol.
Im going to try this out with my own spin.

I was using single group But you can use multiple groups also. Just using a simple next script plugin for auto posting to FB groups.

Yes i was also using hastags in twitter and Fb too.

If you guys can do little bit seo of homepage of your website you will start ranking for lots of long tails keywords in job niche for sure.
