I am appling an account but and they want me to call them back since they said they can't call me. They give me 1-613-834-3955 x221.

I tried to call 1-613-834-3955 without the 'x221' many times, everytime i also received a machine answering or a women voice first and following her tutorial i press 1 to wait for a real person but in a while waiting this machine person came back tell me to give them the ID and my NAME then nothing happened after!

So I just want to know how to dial 1-613-834-3955 with the 'x221' !This way may help reach a real person, Anyone help me!

Where are you based, try calling during Canadian business hours, have you actually tried dialing the extension number?

As far as I can see there seems no problem with the number you are dialing. Maybe try calling during their business hours?
