If anyone is thinking of purchasing the Dominator VPS I would hold off until after the weekend - they're having a licencing issue where you're unable to update old versions of the software that they have pre-installed. Hopefully should be sorted on Monday once Dominator support is back online.

I have been using these for a few months and was happy with their service, until today.
My websites, emails and everything have been suspended despite making payments, which isnt good because I cannot have my business websites down.
I have submitted a ticket, PMd the owner on here and posted this.
Hopefully I will be able to provide a glowing and positive post explaining how awesome they are as they fixed my issues ASAP.....

Issued solved - my payment was 4 days late - yes, just 4 days - and they suspended my account.
No attempt to call me, just sent me some automated emails that went into the spam folder.
As a business owner, they have cost me hundreds of pounds in lost sales, and I asked for a good will gesture, nothing big, just something to help re-instil my confidence in them as a business - there only reply was to ask me for more money!
It's such a shame as these guys provide great uptime and the speed of websites is great, however they have just lost a customer in me.
What a pity.

We apologize for the incident but however, our system is purely automated and several emails are sent on your email prior to your account getting suspended. We have the logs where we can show we have sent you several email reminders before your account got suspended.
Further, we even recommended you that in case if you tend to not remember, you can always deposit the amount as credits in your account and you won't have to worry about reminders anymore.

Hello, no we do not provide any SEO tools that has been outlined at the start of the post, those picture are intended to mean that they will run fine on our servers and we allow our customers to run those tools that majority of the companies doesn't.
