Is it possible to use with personal computer? And not VPS (I will use work computer, so I dont mind on bills)
Can I use if i dont have Proxies?
Its easy as, Install, follow video and all done? I mean, config some proxies, internet conection etc?
Any recomendation of proxies?

You may think your response time is good but I don't We are raising our third ticket with you for a simple fix. We need the keys to start the software for 2 licenses and you still have not given us that. We are raising our third ticket with you as of right now. Hopefully, you will get us a response today. We are losing money on our VPS because we cannot run it without the keys.

I would recommend to stay away from VPN (hide my ass) for using this software. HMA is freezing, not connecting, or changing IPs too quickly. I got kicked from HMA three times...

The results that a home computer gives compared to a clean (wuth no other software running and with not much software installed) is better, much better.
Something that is absolutely testd is that this software, runned from a good VPS (18 USD per month) with good backconnect proxies (from reverse proxies) can get you a CTR bweteen 60% to 90% in one week if you follow the instructions.
I dont think it will be the same in a home computer. What you pay is what you get.
If you want to save monet, you will get lower results. Lower investment = lower results.
This is a rule that is valid for this software, for GSA, etc.

We answer all tickets everyday. There is no ticket waiting for a replay and not for 3 days. Today, we answer twice all the tickets that was created today.
Also (for emergencies) we add a Live Chat that is available from the HelpDesk windows. And we are connected more than 12 hours per day.
The Ticket that you mention was created at 2015-07-30 05:42:56 (yesterday, not 3 days ago) and was already answered.
We already do many tests with european sites, like the Case Study for TheBat1980 that was for London websites and you can see the results in this thread.
We use backconnect proxies and Gogle reward the site increasing the ranking for the keyword used in the Case Study.

Look Yenerich, I am not doubting you are or you are not answering the ticket raised by me. What I need is for the keys to be reset for our account and some way to confirm we got the necessary information. Please tell me how to get this done.

You need to check your email, maybe its blocking our emails and the helpdesk ones.
Also you can connect to the HelpDesk and see the tiket even if you don't receive the email (thats one advantage of the ticket system)
Yes, HMA is not doing good lately, i am agree.
We use backconnect from reverseproxies. It the better we found, it works for pages in all the world, Google accepts it because we are doing a trict that iu cant disclose here
