Assuming you already have a good foundation of wide variety links, you only need a good PBN to bump it up to the top.

You can find a lot of effective seo packages at Marketplace that will help you push your inner pages to page 1. I would also add manual blog comments on relevant blogs and web 2.0 links.

Hey, this is the golden question. If it were that simple then everybody here would be millionaires.

Here is the closest I CAN answer this for you: Add "authority" to your site via quality links, add more (and better) content to your site, and increase your organic social presence. The exact "how" to this is up too fine to give advice.

if you are ranking decent and just not hitting the first page, you also need to look at on-page SEO. site structure does matter and ensure your content is there as well. The little things sometimes help make a difference on getting the first page vs just another site with links.

I agree, a simple page title change could help get you on page one.

Also: Don't forget to include they keywords in your Title and Content. It's really important! Talking about content: Produce as high quality content as possible.

ASAP gave you the best advice. I would also add to make sure to have the PBN links use your primary keywords and all the other links to "dilute" your keyword ratios.
