CPA+20K+ Instagram How to insert link?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone had bad experiences with putting links to cpa offer in instagram bios? I am currently using follow liker on the 2 accounts and they both have 10K+ so it would be a shame to loose the accounts. Should I do a 301 redirect with different domains on each account? Or would I be better off just building a webpage with content lock? I did a search here on BHW already and most of the info is older & Instagram is constantly making updates. thanks!

I'm doing CPA crakrevenue with Instagram. I do not put the CPA link to bio. I put my domain name and redirect! It's fine!

Re-direct? Like, with just a link? Or do you mean goo.gl or bit.ly?
