Need an opinion about a domain

hi there guys,

Just found a domain that's about to expire tomorrow and has 0 bids at NameJet. Here are the stats:

Google: not banned
AdSense: not banned
Moz Spam Rank: 4/17

PageRank: 3
Domain Authority: 38/100
Page Authority: 48/100

Backlinks: 60000+
EDU: 15
GOV: 5
Refferring domains: 1000+

WHOIS: 2012
Archive: 1999

I would like to hear your opinion. Would you buy this domain although it has 4/17 spam ranking at moz and some of the backlinks are highly questionable. I would not backorder it if there's 0 bids until tomorrow, so it's highly probable that I'll get it for $1.2 at GD.

4/17 is not that high and will lower as soon as you put a new site on it. And 60,000 backlinks, spammy or not, would make it an excellent tier 2 domain.

Its a spam domain, and does not worth the time to buy it for T2

Yes it is a spammy domain "4/17" is not good. Avoid questionable backlinks, don't take some risk from that. Look for a better domain there are lot of domains you choose. Visit BST

My mom's cooking blog has a 3/17 spam score because it doesn't have a contact page, has too few outbound links and not enough branded inbound links. I'm not sure why you guys hold the Moz spam score in such high regard.

I'd buy it, disavow the shitty links and use the hell out of it as a Tier 2/3 domain.

Thank you guys for your opinion. The domain is now listed as "premium" or something like that at godaddy and the current bid is $250, I guess that's not worth the money anymore )
