Search for the word "METHOD" and you'll find at least 100 guides that hold your hand every step of the way. This hobby/lifestyle requires a lot of study, technical knowledge and of creativity.

I feel like BHW, a Blackhat SEO forum should have a newbie registration email which suggests people learn to RANK a KW before they jump into methods. Some methods do not require SEO to work (Media buying and Meathead's method) but most require traffic from SEO.
Everything works. Most commonly people face:
1. Not enough traffic. (SEO, testing and KW Research helps.)
2. Not enough ROI. (SEO, testing and KW Research helps.)
3. Not quick enough. (SEO, testing and KW Research helps.)
4. Not consistent enough. (SEO, testing and KW Research helps.)
5. Ect.
Learn how to rank first. At least people who post "I can't rank" have tried. If you can rank an easy KW, you move to slight competition, then medium, then take a stab at hard.
Methods are work under the same mechanisms. Rank something, offer value to visitors, visitors click on ads/buy products/open content lockers.
The hardest part of this all would be the requirements to be a SEO.

You must be patient, you must test, and you must be self motivated. If you are not, you will never make it in SEO.

Friendly people? Not so much, just read some of the comment above you.
Sure there are a few nice people on here, but they will only be nice to you if you pull out your wallet.
That being said, BHW is a great resource for IM information. Using the methods discussed on here (adding my own twist as everybody says), I was able to quit my job 8 months ago. And I never want to go back!

I'm not sure what response you were looking for by coming on here and saying the bhw community sucks. To be honest, I'm surprised at how patient most people have been with you here.
Want to make money? Then, yes. You need to read. There's a useful life skill, called "research" which will get you to places you never imagined but if you can't be bothered to read through a thread, I can't see that you'll have enough determination to make any money.
Most of the people here will help out others and share far more about their methods than they should. So it's a bit irritating that someone new will come here, moan about the people then demand help that doesn't involve reading.
Before you post again, I'd suggest you take your attitude down a couple of notches, go and read some journey threads (or search "method" as someone suggested) and we can all start fresh with some thought-out, respectful questions.

First, I'm sorry to hear there was a tragic event in your family. Second, If you want help not words, then a text based forum probably isn't the best place for you. Nobody is going to spoonfeed you the methods they use to make money because those are THEIR methods. You need to read, read, read, and read some more. Then as others have said, test out what you have learned, see what works and what doesn't. It isn't easy to achieve success in IM, but it can be done. Remember, if it was easy, everybody would be doing it. Don't give up trying, but certainly don't remark BHW as a unhelpful community because someone didn't give the fool proof plan to making $100.00 a month. If you desperately need $100.00 a month why not drive for uber or pick up a part time job? IM generally takes a while to get going anyways, it is very rare to become an overnight success. Just keep at it, but don't be bitter towards the community.

Its more your attitude that's failed you than it is BHW.
BHW isnt a cash cow, its a source of information.
If you fail to take in that information and apply your own twists then that's your problem.
You haven't failed btw, you have learned. Take what you have learned and use it to your advantage.

Things here do work. The concept is simple - find a group of people who have wants/needs and then find a way to sell them a product that satisfies their requirements. Imagine that it's an unexpectedly cold rainy day in any city center and everyone is getting wet. You have nothing better to do with your time so you visit a wholesaler and buy 50 umbrellas and you stand in the rainy city center offering your umbrellas for sale. Do you think you'll have trouble doubling your money?

I understand what your going through even though I have to say this: Your not failing fast enough. Robert Kiyosaki said in order to succeed you have to be willing to fail over and over again. That doesn't make you a failure it just proves what works, what doesn't, and how can I change it. Right now I'm not getting the result I expected. Kinda thought BlackHat was a get rich quick scheme, boy was I wrong. However I am progressing. I am learning and developing what I learn into something so much more valuable than what I thought. Use all the information you can get, and can only get through failing. Use it all. Next change your attitude man. The law of attraction is at work here. I know this doesn't sound realistic but I promise you the same night (about a week ago) when I started to write down that I can sell anything and other positive affirmations I got my first sale that very morning. It's all about attitude man.. Learn about law of attraction, persistence, and NLP. Do everything you can to perform better than what you were doing in the last 24hrs. Mark Cuban even said the reason he got so successful is because his work ethic is unimaginable. He says he worked everyday like someone was trying to take his business from him. You got to be persistent. I invested my last dollar in this just to make it through. Persistence has gotten me halfway there. You got to keep going man.

The methods do work no matter how old or saturated they are, it's you or the way you apply the method that doesn't work.
Trust me, I am living proof!!
I have never been very good at IM, I'm more a face to face type of person. I've been on this forum for 2 years now and made a few beer tokens but that is about all. One thing I can vouch for is the community, mostly they are a very helpful bunch but you have to prove that you have put the effort in.
I made a rather whiny thread about 6 months ago after a few beers and because I had been on the forum for a while and contributed I had a couple of very respected senior members offer me some assistance.
My advice, contribute to the forum, put some effort in and then ask what you can do better to improve what you are already doing. Trust me, you will get a far better response.
