The Theme Park Method, $20,548 Profit Per Day

I have a store where we actually sell tickets to a local theme park. It is a sit down restaurant. I'm wondering if I can add some drop boxes to each of the tables or tear-off pads for people to take with them and complete the offers on their own pc's somehow. I also have a spot inside the park where I may be able to do the same if they don't have a problem with it. If I collect names etc from the signup pads, I will be entering them from one pc/ip address. That would most likely be a problem. Unless, it's only a few a day?? If they take it with them and sign up at home, or visit my site and sign up at home, wouldn't this be safer?? Earlier it was mentioned to set up your own business. I'm in a pretty good position I guess because I have one. How can I max-out this potential?? It's summertime, and the park is open!!

I'm such a fu*&in newb, I wouldn't know how to implement the PPV. Getting people to install software on their pc seems a little difficult. Or is this something that would work with people who already have them installed on their pc's? Seems like everybody has some kind of adware on their pc's already.

Hey Free,

Love the idea...and interesting way to research and pick some brains of the executives, too. This really struck me 'cuz we're leaving for Orlando tomorrow morning. We'll be going to Universal and Islands of Adventure...that's why this caught my eye. But I really like the idea and hope you keep us informed as it goes along. Too bad I won't have my computer with me I'd love to be able to catch up to you and talk a little shop. Oh well, some other time maybe. Not sure what days we'll be at the park...but, any way I could recognize you if we happen to be there the same days? Send me a PM if you have time.

Regards,

What about advertising in the local papers with 'Free tickets to Universal Studios' visit freethemeparktickets.info with just a forward to their affiliate site? You could spend 50 bucks on an add and make much more than that I would think. Also, throw in a good pop-under to boot?

FreetheTV, someone's trying to sell this method on DP, I shouldn't be surprised, but I've just tried to stop him - or is that you?

That is most definitely not me. I hate it when people do things like this. My first venture away from e-whoring, and someone else is immorally profiting off of it. That's absolutely pathetic. Thanks to all of you who are actually supplying this thread with helpful advice as to where to go from the initial idea. It is much appreciated.

Hey, I would love to work with someone on this method!

Preferably someone reputable/trustable ?

Seriously, I have ideas for promotion that is highly targeted, would love to form a team or something? I can even offer up a website I already have, perhaps.........

If ya need hosting, or a partner..... I would be willing to help. :P

I know, I know, everyone laughs when the noob posts. lol

DAMN DP WANKERS! forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1361503

"Stupid is as stupid does"

Some people are just too stupid to breathe. They never cease to amaze me.

If that moron had taken this method and used it himself, he'd likely stand to earn a pretty decent and sustainable income. Instead, he (or she) tried to make an immediate, but tiny, profit from pirating it.

People like that exemplify the definition of LOSER! Unfortunately, this is one more example of why membership here should be more difficult to obtain.

The eScrotum-Punches in the DP thread were quite entertaining. :p

[X] purchase superbowl ad space for $3 million for 30 second slot
[X] get 750,000 email submits done on your site (300,000 shaved :P )
[X] congratulations, net profit -$2,250,000

In all seriousness, this would work well with free traffic sources. Git'r dun.

I would not recommend using GodCPA with this method, you won't get paid. Instead try to find an email submit that is closely related.

Let's see what we have here as far as addressing responses:

@ramerika: You may be surprised. Yes, the Disney and Universal franchises are quick and easy to exploit and would clearly give you the largest number of hits and conversions, as well as a more critical response. However there are several other theme parks/amusement parks that come to my mind as extremely popular, and gathering a cult following. These include the Six Flags franchise (went to Six Flags over Georgia Thursday and I'm going back Tuesday) and Cedar Point. As far as other countries are concerned, Alton Towers seems to be growing immensely in popularity. There is also Disney parks in France and Tokyo, and in Germany has a few parks that are getting up there. In fact, if you check http://www.rcdb.com (the roller coaster database), there is a ride going up in a park there that will break the speed record.

@vashtai: Teamwork is definitely necessary if you wish to make this an extremely large scale method with a viral opportunity. But if you wish to target the site and still use the theme park idea, maybe give your landing page a theme within the park theme. For example, an idea from work. Universal Studios is opening a freaking awesome roller coaster this summer called "Rip, Ride, and Rockit". It will have elements unseen in roller coaster history, such as a treble clef loop and video differentiation.

@springer98: I thought a method like this would be worth a lot more than $8. Damn... But I guess free is a nice alternative. Maybe I'll write a more detailed ebook including screenshots, step-by-step, and collaborating with some of the ideas that you have all put in on the thread, but I'd ask permission of course. I want to give this a nice try first to see if it's worth the effort that I thought it would be. It's easy to be dazzled by making money through theme parks when you come up with the idea halfway through a trip on Dueling Dragons.

Any questions, ideas, comments, concerns, talk to me or someone who knows CPA and web design better than me, which is probably most of the people on the forum. I am currently but a dabbler with an idea. Good luck to all of you, and thank you again to those of you who alerted me as to the thread started by that DP member. I tried to give him hell, but my 3 post DP account did not allow it. Sincerely,
YouKnowWhoIAm.

FreeTheTV, if I was to outsource this, do you reckon it'd be a good idea? Because I've got tonnes of workers at possession, but they can't speak english very well at all. Because I was just thinking of handing out pamflets with the website and door to door pamflet throwing - you get much better conversions because you can pretty much work out where a lot of families live, and so, you can post there so it'd be targetted traffic as families love this sort of free stuff. Like most families tend to live in the inner city suburbs, this way the parents and the children can successfully commute to/from their destination. So you can hire some workers to just hand pamflets out and post them door to door.

I find this whole idea to be complete genius. I too have purchased a domain name and am hosting through 000webhost. Let's see what kind of things I can come up with!

I think that he was trying to refer to the Universal Heroes. It's closed, man.
