Hi guys,

i want to register an expired domain to build step by step an PBN.
But if i read all the tutorials here, i cant find any informations about the whois.

Is it recommendable to use the privacy protection at godaddy? That domain costs me than about 15$ / year.

Hope any can help me, because i dont want that g00gle will find any relationships between my money site and my PBN.

Thanks,
Shenzi

Namecheap had free who.is protection last time I checked.

I'm pretty sure Google can find your relationship with you and your PBN without using who.is by the way lol

Namecheap Namesilo are best for PBN(WHO.is) is free

GoDaddy is not recommended for PBN (More costly aswell)

The best is a MIX, some whois privacy, some fake public details, some partials etc. also a well spread of domain registrars of course.

I use godaddy with fake whois information. Also, you can use "honey" plugin for chrome to automatically apply the discount codes. You can get couple of domains under $2 this way.

Well, if you use coupons no. There are ongoing offers such as currently there is a 99 cent domain offer and a discount on renewals. And yes, Namecheap is a good registrar and so is Godaddy. Used both.

And YES I am a cheap bitch. ;)

You should use private whois to avoid other knowing the sites belong to you. But for the main site is enough

Use privacy, multiple registrars and if you do go public, then use various account names

*note using fake info breaks ICANN and most registrar rules.
