Have a potential client that wants alot of work for their business. They have 3 locations, and they want to get a web design, graphics, and marketing.

- Redesigned Website (Has to be professional, and integrate a iframe, nothing simple as wordpress)
- 50 reviews for Google
- 35 Yelp reviews
- Facebook likes 5k
- Big professional logo
- A month of Some lite seo (a few blog post, directory listings, etc)

How much would you charge for this?

Get a quote on the web development, add 10% to manage it.

Work out how much you want to be paid an hour, add that up for the rest, or outsource it all and manage it for 10% of the rest of it also.

1k - 2k Would be ideal . However it depends on you

at least $15, thats a lot of work.

LOL :)

Anyway, it depends on the clients pockets.

If the client has money then 1k+ is nice.

If their money is not that long then $500+ might do but I think $500 for all that is too low.

I've been getting quotes, so far:

Yelp reviews are $50. So thats $3500 alone just for reviews. I only saw 1 service in the marketplace (if you know one cheaper and good, let me know).
Logos, the most I've seen is $150 for everything
Around $40 for the facebook likes
Around $500 for some lite, but good SEO (that includes around 6 blog post)
And this site has to be really good, so $800 for a website

So thats around $5k just to do it.

If I could figure out how to tackle the reviews, that would be great.

This thread has acquired my interest. Currently in the beginning phases of a local web design company and didn't even think to offer customized packages. Just websites and SEO. keep us updated cowboy.

Theres alot to considered here for the cost do they want you to just make up reviews or get their customers to leave reviews if so factor in the work you gotta do for each separate scenario
1.)making the reviews yourself gonna require some work so they dont all get ghosted or deleted
2.) creating a system thats gonna encourage customers to leave reviews

Do they want actual interested customers for that 5k likes or do they just want the number to say 5k huge difference in cost by what they want there

That seo sounds like it wont do anything more like they just want seo just to say they did SEO

Id honestly take the time and sit down and explain why going with the more expensive options will do much more for their business down the road then just some quick thrown up reviews and fake likes

If you can provide a really good service, I don't see why you can't charge 5K+.

1. Re-designed website built from scratch without using any templates or WP - $2k at least.
2. Big professional logo - $200
3. Facebook likes - it depends. If he wants real likes, you need to either do PPC or find some other way to drive targeted likes to his page. If he doesn't care and just wants those likes for popularity, you can get 5k ones for $5 via reseller panels. So whatever you charge, the profit margin will be high.
4. SEO - $1k
5. Reviews - again it depends. You could find for cheap, but it could harm the client in the long run if you don't cover your tracks. It all depends on your abilities to outsource effectively.

Well to be honest, I've kind of wanted to throw in a seo package, that will consist of 5 kw, and some local video and social marketing, web 2.0 post, etc.

As for the website that sounds about right, so:

- Website 2k
- Likes I think he just wants some fake ones right now, as ppc would be really expensive. $20
- Logo $200
- SEO around $500
-Reviews ?

So thats around $2700 so far before the reviews.

The issue is the reviews. Maybe I should do only a few, as I wont be doing this myself, and I dont want to hurt their business. If anyone has any futher tips about this, or prices, let me know. I love what I'm reading so far!

Just an advice on Facebook Likes, $20 is too low and might give the impression to your client that a kid is going to do it. I am usually not a fan of "give bullshit value and charge high", but by trying to save your client some bucks you might shoot yourself in the foot. What I would do is create a professional FB page, with a well-designed timeline photo, landing page, squeeze pages, etc... Although you can still get that one done for you for $10-20 here in BST or fiverr, it's much better value for the client than a shitty page with 1k fake likes. Put the likes as well in the FB package (as I said it will only cost you $1-2), but emphasize more on the professional page you are going to create for him. In that case, you can charge around $200-300 at least.

Well here's the sweet part, he already has a professional fan page with coupons and
things, he just wants likes, and doesn't care if it's fake. And im not listing how much it will cost them, but how much my actual cost will be.

In that case then, I told you for 1k likes it will cost you $1-2. So if you leave morals aside, you can charge 3-figure prices and make insane ROI on this package alone.

Does your client actually need all that he is asking for?

Many times a client will say, "I want thus and so", but not really know what he needs and I'll see what his or her end desired result is and guide them from there and more often than not it is not what they requested.

I think they need seo, and DEFINITELY a new website. The one they have is old. They have some minor work done, but I think SEO will help and the fake likes just will make it look good. The owner also is the type that wants things done their way. They consider themselves marketers (ironic), so they just want me to do as they say, and then do some things on my own (like design the site), reviews, etc.

$50 per review? I can do it for $30 per REAL review (same location as Yelp listing).

$5k for all that is too much, you have to be smart with that part and don't be fooled.

Where do you guys get these clients ! Anyway I think 5k is fair for everything considering it's a huge overhaul of his marketing strategy. What sector is this guy in? If he's making bank than 5k won't be much to him especially since he has 3 locations.
