Don't have a skrill account and don't want to go through the trouble of uploading two forms of identity to use it solely for this purchase. May I purchase activated bing accounts w/coupons using paypal through your service or should I look elsewhere? I really like what you offer so I hope something can be worked out. Thanks!

After loading in my keywords in the account I noticed the next day that the account was disabled
I used the VPS IP that was provided by the OP.
I did nothing other than load in a legit company site (brick and mortar) with legit keywords.
No message from support about ad copy or site url which makes me think this is to do with the way the account was created.
I then proceeded to contact OP and requested the bing account credentials, such as the first+last name and account creation data so that I could contact bing support, I was flatout refused support by OP.
Even though he was 7 days late to provide delivery he flatout refused to supply support and the details I needed to contact bing support.
I was also threatened by OP in case I placed a review that he would contact mods. Which is interesting since last I checked honest reviews are not against the rules BUT trying to get people not to place a review by threatening them is against the rules.

Yes, Bing is very strict against SPAMMED KEYWORDS and SPAMMED DOMAINS.
You have to take care with your Ad copy, Domain and Keywords.
NEVER EVER START CAMPAIGN WITH A DOMAIN WHICH HAS BEEN USED WITH BANNED ACCOUNT BEFORE
