High Risk as in we should only spend the $5 test budget until the budget is over? Or are we allowed to just burst through $20 a day for example?

Or High Risk as in we need to burn that account to the ground Day 1 because it'll be a miracle if it survives more than a day?

It seems you didn't get what i meant for. Its always risk to use

NON Impression Accounts :
No Dummy Campaign
No Ads Approved.
No Impressions

As the account do not has very first ads approved, you need to create a new ad yourself, you must know what you doing for your first ad. If no, RISK

Ah I get you. Sorry. I actually made my first legit account on bing so I will test how making the dummy campaigns work, and once I figure it out correctly, you got a loyal customer here.

Very good seller. I had 5$ dollar coupon, didn't work on my side. I had no CC and the coupon was good. I gave another 15$ extra and got an account with VPS No impressions account. It works and he warned about risk and such. If you know what you are doing the money is nothing for the service.
