Why people get banned from BHW

reading the Forum Rules. Also, each of our forums usually
have a "sticky" (in green lettering) at the top of the first page of
that particular forum/subforum which displays the rules for that

Unless the member has commited a VERY SERIOUS offense,
they are usually given a Warning Infraction or a Hard Infraction
for a minor offense. However, if the member gets 3 Hard
Infractions, it will result in a permanent ban.

Below are a just few reasons why someone might get an IMMEDIATE ban:

- SPAM. Joining BHW and immediately trying to sell outside of our Marketplace.

- Being discovered that you were a previously banned member (Thanks W130SN :))

- Carding (Trying to buy/sell illegal Credit Cards)

- Insulting a Staff Member.

- Scamming a fellow member.

- Doing any kind of illegal activity.

General Rule of Thumb: When in doubt, ask a Mod first BEFORE posting.

I'd say that's a pretty solid list. We like to maintain a certain level of mutual respect around here, which means we don't try to bullshit the bullshitters. I love the rule ... when in doubt check with a mod. Good way to stay safe.

Thanks WizGizmo for your valuable post. I was exactly looking for these inputs...After reading the rules section given by you I came to know more than 3 infractions will cause my account get banned..

One more thing,according to BHW people selling illegal cards, bots will be banned.. but I saw there r ppl who sells US bank accounts, proxies etc..r these illegal too?

what point system? if you're talking about the rep power, that will stay 0 for you for the time being, because the rep system was discontinued and more than likely all traces to it will be fully erased with the forum update

Tell me about it... I tried to use it yesterday and there was a huge lag, I just stopped using it all.

Your stats show that you have received one Warning Infraction. A member can receive
any number of Warning Infractions without being banned. However, if a staff member
sees that you are commiting the same minor offense over and over again, you may,
in fact get a Hard Infraction the next time. If you are planning to someday become
a Jr. VIP and run your service in our Marketplace, a Hard Infraction will prevent you
from doing so until the Hard Infraction has expired.

okay wizgizmo, now I feel little relaxed, after surfing this forum for hours in last few days I have learned so many things and noticed few strange things too..ppl with more than 1100 posts and earning higher level of badges also getting banned - what a waste..like this person saurabh82 ..this member has invested so much of his time at BHW and still got banned. This is really not expected from a senior member as he supposed to be much more aware of the rules of this forum..is it careless mistake or intentional infringement behind this ban

that's another thing that you shouldn't ask publicly:)
you can get your answer if you pm a mod, but only if you're on a need to know basis as in you do business with the banned member and wondering what went wrong, because that can affect your business relations too and you're rightfully curious in that case, if you only have a general curiosity and otherwise you don't have any relation to the banned member - which i guess is true for this case - forget about it

tl;dr if you are on a would like to know basis, you can't get the answer, but if you're on a need to know basis, you can

no , its not that simple, it takes time to understand the rules completely.. for example I was told one can not sell services outside marketplace, and he needs to pay for Junior VIP membership.. But this member is selling his/her services in another segment and he is just a Junior member, I am giving the url here http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...s/741012-spanish-content-writing-service.html / pls see to this and tell me if this is allowed here. and how can one sell something outside marketplace..these things are still unclear to me.
