Why people get banned from BHW

While surfing I noticed some members have been banned from BHW, though their posts are still visible. Since I am a newbie so I am quite apprehensive about this issue..pls guide me regarding various reasons to get banned from BHW.

Read the forum rules, all the reasons to be banned are written there. Most banned I think are spammers and scammers.

We never arbitrarily ban anyone. There is always a reason.
You can see most of the reasons we ban someone by
reading the http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/misc.php?do=vsarules. Also, each of our forums usually
have a "sticky" (in green lettering) at the top of the first page of
that particular forum/subforum which displays the rules for that
particular section.

Unless the member has commited a VERY SERIOUS offense,
they are usually given a Warning Infraction or a Hard Infraction
for a minor offense. However, if the member gets 3 Hard
Infractions, it will result in a permanent ban.

Below are a just few reasons why someone might get an IMMEDIATE ban:

- SPAM. Joining BHW and immediately trying to sell outside of our Marketplace.

- Being discovered that you were a previously banned member (Thanks W130SN )

- Carding (Trying to buy/sell illegal Credit Cards)

- Insulting a Staff Member.

- Scamming a fellow member.

- Doing any kind of illegal activity.

General Rule of Thumb: When in doubt, ask a Mod first BEFORE posting.

Sometimes they get banned for posting threads like this!

Jokes aside, there's a whole set of terms and rules of bhw. People get banned for breaking these terms or by being a Jerk.

Most common reason of being banned are -
1) Operating multiple accounts
2) Scamming
3) Accusing mods/Members of bad stuff without a valid reason.
