While I don't agree with it, I feel it's very douchy to post this here and encouraging BHW members to troll this guy.
This is a black hat forum, he is obviously using black hat marketing. I don't know the guy, but you should mind your own business.
Half of all the BST threads on this forum have the same bullshit promises anyways.
Probably some high school or college kid trying to get new clients. I am not sure if you talked to him, but his ads may be just to get leads. He may even tell them the truth about their keywords when he speaks to the client. No one knows..

Furthermore, OP is potentially helping a few people if they search his websites name. Cause they'll see this thread and know to stay away from it.
In regards to the BSTs on here... I suggest you go read some salespages. Most sellers are extremely careful how they word any promises they make.

There are business owners out there who will hire a purported "search engine optimiser" without ever actually checking up on what they're doing; they just assume that the SEOer is doing their job.
These same business owners will usually figure out that they've been scammed either on their own (once they realise they've been throwing money into nothing) or after they hire an SEO auditor (as archon10 mentioned here).
