I can offer you two options...

There are tons of apps which can do that , just search google for FB group poster and you will get tons of apps and software.
There is Fastershare for example.

But do not think you will be able to post in 250 groups in one day, the maximum safe limit is 50 per account, or you will be blocked by FB

You can certainly post in many more than 50 a day if you have a decent account. I have a few accounts that post over a hundred a day with no issues.

The account has to have some age, friends, comments, etc of course.
