(Need Help) Delhi Customs is holding my package

Hey guys i have a package from China to India via DHL. It's stuck with customs since 30th of May. When i rang up DHL people they say that's because of undervalue.. I have provided them required proof of value.. But still the package was not sent out. Can somebody suggest me what can be done other than contacting DHL customer care because i contacted them many times.
The package contains artificial jewellery.

Write an offical letter from your company that if you wont get your jewlery in the next 7 days that you are going to charge them $xxx per day for your loss.Not solving that problem during that timeframe means the acceptance of your business offer.

lol.. I don't think legal threats in India will speed up the process. Instead, find some contacts and reach out for help locally who can help you out.

I stay in Chennai and package was in Delhi. I tried contacting DHL several times and they keep on telling me that it will be cleared on top priority. I don't have any other option left

DHL is a business which is running under UCC.Do what i said and you will see you will have your package in max 7 days.Remember to send your offer via offical letter and not email.You need a copy of what you wrote+proof that you sent it via mail

I'm Siddharth from Delhi.Usually undervalue products are revalued and a custom duty is charged and it takes about 2-3 days to get cleared and you have to pay the duty at time of delivery.If i can help you with anything please let me know.
