Right now if you don't want to sign up for bluehost you can't continue. As I said above we are working on a track for those that do already have hosting.
For this to work you have to have a webhost because in the training I check your work and make sure you are actually doing stuff. Webhosting is the only thing you need. The email account is free at get response and requires no credit card.

Hi, it looks great, but Blue wants to charge me over 70$ for 12 months and there is no option to pay monthly !, they want lump sum.

You could try Namecheap. It's 10 bucks for a year on their lowest hosting plan. You can host 3 websites and get 20 GB Raid 0.

EDIT: Realized you have to sign up for Bluehost.
What if I already have a domain that I haven't used yet on Namecheap hosting? I can't get bluehost at the moment.

Can I give my opinion?
People are just tired of "making money online now" stuff. People, doesnt matter if they are neewbies or what, want everything very clear. I have no idea how much I have to spend to complete all tasks, I do not know how much time I have to spend. All finally, the "I pay you and I dont receive nothing in exchange" just gives me a poker face like "really...? You really want me to believe in that?"
You see...you need to get the people's trust! And you get that by making everything very clear. Why do you name this treat "make your first dollar online in less than 5 minutes?" Its just...so small mind. Is that the goal? Or is it to teach something? Am I going to make money with what you teach? How much? - this is what matters, not the one dollar part.
We need that information, so we can make the math.
But instead I am here with many doubts and my email account is just FULL OF SPAM already.
God, why you people do this?????

2. The second unlocks your wallet to purchase an expensive and unwanted fully-paid annual hosting, which makes him lots of money out of you indirectly/directly.
3. What does the third step unlocks? I guess you need to hand over your car to him... lol
Anyway, I guess that the end result should in deed make you a possible rich man/woman.
Why nobody is asking for refund or that no one are reading more of it? may be those guys are very afraid they will have to lose their trousers too in the process! lol

I signed up and got to the point where u needed to pay for the website. Wouldve even paid if there was an option to pay month by month not for a year at once. Kinda glad though that i didnt proceed because who knows how much you need to spend before you earn more.

i can attest to this, i checked the offer out maybe 2 weeks ago, when it was mentioned here first, just to see what's the fuss is all about (not really for the $1 reward lol) and the mail went right into the spam folder of gmail
i can see a once in a lifetime opportunity/job right here for somebody to teach Jeremy how to inbox
Jeremy should explain how much he will pay in next step after we pay 70 USD for hosting, if it is anything less tahn 50 USD this is useless.
