I think he is using the plugin developed by Yaros (check my sig).
I bet he bought developer licenses and is now selling ready and functional websites instead of the plugin.
Yaros did work very hard on creating this plugin, and he's a very nice guy.
You shouldn't use someone's work in this way. I notified Yaros. Mods should take a look at this.

I would NEVER in my life trust this guy/gal....just check his/her previous threads.........

I was one of the first beta testers for this plugin. I know how the sites look. And the demo screenshots that you posted look the same like the templates that the plugin Yaros developed offers.

Post a screenshot of the backend, I bet it looks like this

If you can provide some stats for the AliExpress sites you are running eg, traffic figures and proof of payments, then I will certainly consider buying from you.

You need to UNDERSTAND that...ALIEXPRESS Is not a property that belongs to 1 person.! It's a huge company like Amazon..!
So "Yaros" person above mentioned is one of the developer in the company..!

This Plugin not belongs to him..! He's a support member & a developer in the company..!
Aliexpress has offered 2 options to promote their new Affiliate Business..!

1. Single licence (Anyone can build a store if he has a website building knowladge)
2. Developer Licence ( This is specially for reseller- They can build the same OFFICIAL Stores & resell )

This is a simple thing..even newbie can understand..!

Nothing against you personally. I just don't want that the newbies pay you $10 extra for just installing a plugin (which you didn't develop). The themes and all other features come with the plugin.

People can get 5 sites for $47, and you sell one for $49. That's SCAM.

But since the mods don't see it as scam, I can only wish you luck with ripping of newbies.
