What im doing wrong?

I work with pinterest 3 weeks. I use pinblaster. After 3 weeks of work i have only 100 followers and 10-20 uu on website from pinterest...

This is my tactic for one day:
Follow 80 users - I search users by keywords related to my niche in pinblaster.
Repin 50 pins with link to my website - I search pins only related to my niche and all pins have minimum 3 repins or likes.
Repin 30 pins without link
Pin 50 pins with link to my website - I use PinGrabber to search pins related to my nichce
Pin 30 pin without link
Like 50 pins

What I`m doing wrong? What can i change to grow my profile and UU on website?

The pin settings are not bad, you could follow more if you want to test something out.
My Experience is that the most Accounts on pinterest looks like complete shit or like half complete shit.
If your interested I can take a look on your Account but nevermidn.

If after 3 weeks you only have 100 followers, there is something huge wrong with your set up.
Always depends on the niche, but thats way too low.

You could make some Accounts to business, for data from google analytics.
Than you can change your pin,follow whatever settings and see exactly where your lacking.

I do 300+ so far no problems but niche plays an important role it seems too.

You can try increasing the ratio at which the boards you follow and unfollow. Also, the pins and repins.

And don't forget to set the unfollow, accounts with a large following statistic tends to look too spammy and may not get any followbacks.

At the moment I'm not following but just a few weeks ago, I was able to follow 500-1000 people a day without any problems.

Going to that again with my newer accounts this week.

a.) Follow after Keywords until you have 100-200 Followers

b.) Follow the followers of your followers

You can follow 300-400 People a day without problems if your account is not brand new

Thats the best way to gain followers, highest follow back ratio of all techniques

I have now 110 followers and i follow people by keyword. If i will have for example 200 followers, what should I do?

I followed like that my first 2 months too and had a 10-20% follow back ratio, since i follow the followers of my followers i have 40-80% follow back ratio.

Just search some of your followers with at least 2000 followers and then scrape all their followers in pinblaster (i use pinblaster too)

Doing this your followers will no longer be related to your niche unless they are pinning similar stuff to you.

Yes of course. You want them as close to your niche as possible.

Trying to target niche related followers in Pinterest is silly.. You're better off trying to find a niche that appeals to women in general rather than find women who find your selected niche appealing.. much larger audience.

Very well said and that's exactly what I'm doing with a couple of niches. Until now I've been doing my Pinterest marketing manually but recently purchased FL to scale it up.
