What im doing wrong?

Trying to target niche related followers in Pinterest is silly.. You're better off trying to find a niche that appeals to women in general rather than find women who find your selected niche appealing.. much larger audience.
This is even make sense to have followers who isn`t related with my niche? It seems to me that this type of followers will not visit my website and click on ads.

Just seems to me its easier to make a website related to "fashion" or "recipes" which has broad appeal than one that targets "black and green pencil skirts".. you don't need to rank this site anywhere so why focus on less popular subject matter?

You "target" your niche by having boards related to it. Your goal should really be to convince people they like your niche. Make your pins compelling and interesting and don't just copy/paste the amazon product photo straight over to Pinterest, someone else already beat you to it. Add some text or a boarder, string a couple images together if you can. Put some effort in on your end and you'll definitely see rewards come from it in the form of traffic and conversions. Your audience can Google whatever they are looking for if they already know what they want, you need to catch their eye with something they didn't realize they wanted until they saw it.

Thanks :) In pinterest exist a lot account and boards about wedding so i have a lot potential followers.

Referring to the second paragraph. I use pin blaster and i want half-automatize this process. I don`t have time to searching and digging unusual and unique images. To post image i use pin grabber, pin blaster and MD Hash Changer. Moreover with for example 5 or 10 accounts on pinterest this is very hard to cherish every account individually.

Do you search and pin images manually?
