Reuploading Youtube Videos

After my big losses in SEO ranking due high competitions on my niche MA etc ... I decided to move on to Youtube . it owned to google and they even rank videos in SERP youtube faster than High quality Bla Bla we were doing for SEO .
In short I found Some few old videos on youtube have no CC,watermark etc on it and I'm thinking to reupload it on my channel on different Language title & description . I even done some Video Sub before and I kinda good on it .
Until now I never tried Youtube partnership video investment . but I notice many people doing it for years now .
I know no one from original video owners will sue me or report on his ownership .
as they not care about it and it's very rare for them found that videos on language they never use .
What I'm afraid from is youtube TOS team they're smart and use automatic ways to detect duplicated videos . Is it matter for them even if the original owner not demands his rights .

I'm reediting the videos adding my titles on it . I just uploaded my first video and published immediately no problem . I'm learning how promotion it . I tried Facebook and ban me from comment after half hour hah . I well see what alternatives could I have

Check out Video Synd Alpha, if you have a heap of private / dedicated proxies and DBC this software smashes it.

i just doing that for a while and upload same videos in the same language to different channels... dont got any problem yet with youtube... some videos got third party mach or stop being monetized but channels still on good standing

Good thanks for info . what's about Old documentaries . I'm thinking sub translate some ones . is it issue if some of it back to American TV's with logos on it even if they back to 10 or 20 years . same thing with Russian Italian etc

I just wanted to retract my endorsement of video synd alpha, though brilliant software the developer shut down the software for a year (and my "lifetime" licence) and just relaunched it.

Though great software the developer is a scammer who will charge you for the lifetime licence then scam you out of it.
