I'm reporting a bad situation that happened with Rishcosys Infotech . I contracted his service to complete two projects (a simple non-ecommerce wordpress site for $200 and a Magento site for $600) He requested immediate payment of $200 and $300 to start working on the Magento site. I requested an invoice via Pay-pal my preferred payment provider. I paid the $500 see proof
Payment completed via Paypal
After many days of waiting he copied an old site from the server I had which it didn't bother me with the understanding he will begin updating accordingly. I sent all the files needed and went on Skype to explain my needs. We agreed on what needed to be done but I waited again for another week and nothing was changed. Please see below communication
Still not changes. Again I provided very specific instructions on what needs to be done but nothing changed. With the Magento site he didn't do anything other the copy an ecommerce template into my hosting. I sent another email advising he needs to move forward with the refund but he stopped the communication. Also he hacked the access to the wordpress site and I can not longer access the wordpress dashboard. So I need to start all over again. I wasted 3 weeks of my time for nothing
I'm requesting fully refund of my money and I'm requesting for him to be banned from this forum to avoid other people get scammed. I strongly believed there many honest people who want to do a good job and we need to make sure we give the opportunity to those people to earn their money by providing good results and no lame excuses
