I sent username: danielmartin - $20 PayPal for his reddit account, based on his IP (maybe a VPN) he is in Philippines. He told me (after the transfer) that he needs 11 more hours to give me the details of his reddit account (for sale), bcz he is at work.
He told me that he will be ready till 5 pm ( Filipino time ). Now it is 6:32 PM and no word from him.
Actually I find it extreme unfair, because I sent him $20 PP immediately and he asked for family&friends. After i sent him the money he told me the "good news" that i have to wait 11 more hours for him.
Sent him PM just before minutes. Still hope that he is a nice guy, bcz I'm going to open an unauthorized transaction dispute with him on PayPal, not to mention that he will be added on Scam list here.
I still feel bad, because 11 hours delay is something i do not expect, especially when i pay immediately!
