I don't want to ruin this for you guys but be careful with this method as the OP is going to spread a spam extension on the chrome store through the developer account. Sometimes Google will accept it and OP will pay you, but most of the time you will make loss as Google will block the extension & the developer account and in that case you won't even see 1$. I used to deliver it to another guy on this forum but my loss was much bigger than my profit
I'm just buying it man, I dont even know on how to deal with google dev accounts 
I got high demand for this sh*t like 30 accs/day, and now I can only get like 12 accs/day
