I'm aware that you're busy with API changes and whatnot, but the panel says the video is still awaiting approval but I noticed that the start point says 6,301,170 views when it's a brand new video with only a few views. Just wanted to make sure the order goes through and the start point views get corrected.

Edit - Order #116418 was moved to "Completed" in error and new order #116820 shows a starting point of 7 million views.... hopefully it's just a visual error like you said but we'll see.
