We have all our servers connected to an 100 MBP's port but we are talking about shared proxies and there is no way you can have fast shared proxies. If you want speed, you will have to go for dedicated proxies. However, if you want to go for shared you should know you are able to chose the proxies by yourself and you can pick as many subnets as you want. You will have to register, add the proxies you want to the shopping cart than make the payment.
