Hi, im still using the free-version, and some times the download is a empty .csv file, and when i can download the correct audience the .csv file comes only with the names without the emails. The free version will be fixed?

This moment only the paid version of Faceids - FaceidsPro (included Email Convertor) is working. With FaceidsPro we are getting better audience results than before. Our team is working on Faceids and I will let you know when it's okay.

1. FaceidsPRO - can I scrape users from certain group/page?
And then feed it back to facebook audience in ads, as audience I want to show my ads to?

2. It says price is $27, but you offer a 50% discount, but when I go to the page/special deal the price still stays at $27.

I purchased the paid version and I am trying to get emails to invite people as friends, and even to invite into my group, however when I search for a closed or secret group, it gives me an empty csv file. I noticed that the search function only shows open groups, is there a way to scrape closed groups?
