This is not new. I like what Z posted. That's pretty cool.

I worked for a few healthcare companies, and one always used blue and never used red. Apparently, when you're sick, blue has a calming effect and red reminds people of blood and turns them off.

a couple of years ago someone here wrote that using facebook colors on his web site increased his business because people were drawn to it on a subconscious level. i'm trying different colors now to see if i can boost my traffic.
